Project Blue Book: Jill Morrison, Michael Malarkey, Laura Mennell & more

October 7th – More news, including an exclusive video from Faye!

🛸 Jill Morrison (Faye) has joined Cameo! For those unaware, Cameo is a website that lets you receive personalized video messages from your favorite celebrities. Visit the main site at for details or go straight to Jill’s page, where her Cameo proceeds go to charity.

Speaking of which, Jill made a Cameo for Project Blue Book. It’s a delightful video (thank you so much, Carsten @carsten1186!). Besides thanking and encouraging fans for their efforts on the show’s behalf, she also shares a little tidbit from a scene she filmed with both Michael Malarkey and Aidan Gillen. You can watch full Cameo at

And below, a throwback to an earlier Hallmark movie? Not sure but nice shot of Jill and her co-star nevertheless.

🛸 Michael Malarkey is doing all sorts of fun things on his Twitch channel. He decided for the month of October, he’ll be reading scary stories. The setting was his new (and wow, empty!) basement, which gave the reading a nice spooky feel. He chose the book Roald Dahl’s Book of Ghost Stories but will do other authors as well. This book is the same one he had as a kid. In fact, he showed fans where he’d written his name, in block letters, on the title page. 😊 Listening to an audiobook as he adeptly changed voices for each character is marvelous. He really should voice audiobooks. Check his channel at as well as his Twitter feed @mkmalarkey to keep an eye out on when the next reading occurs. Afterwards, he went outside and chatted with the fans via the Twitch channel. The topics are all over the place so definitely fun to attend, or if you can’t, subscribe and watch afterwards. [UPDATE: Michael will read another ghost story on Friday, October 9th!)

🛸 Laura Mennell posted two great photos of herself (and friend) at her Instagram:

🛸 On October 26th, Project Blue Book, or Projet Blue Book as it is known is France, will debut season 2 on Warner TV France (@WarnerTVFR).

🛸 Both episodes of Fox TV’s L.A.’s Finest have aired in the last few weeks. Zach McGowan, aka Duncan Booker in the “Roswell Incident” episodes, appeared in both. If you have video on demand, watch the first and third episodes to see his appearances.

🛸 That’s it for this week. Don’t forget to join fellow fans for #SaveBlueBookSaturday on October 10th at 5:00pm EDT!
